Feature Film Indiegogo Campaign Release
This Detective Noir is an upcoming feature film drama written and directed by, and starring Jerry Brewer. The premise, A P.I. investigating a columnist’s death uncovers a conspiracy linked to deportation, the 1942 Battle of LA, and the murder of his wife. The deeper he looks, the deeper the case spirals into the shrouded and nebulous underworld of organized crime across San Francisco and Los Angeles, political corruption, and a series of deaths, that threaten his life, and stir up dark memories of the past.

Amongst the Scattered Buffalo
USC Student Short
Amongst the Scattered Buffalo is a short film produced, directed, and edited by Jerry Brewer at the University of Southern California. The short explores the complex themes of newly freed African American “Buffalo Soldiers” being forced to push out Native American tribes, particularly the Lakota amidst the Great Sioux War. A mother seeks to save her mother from certain death after discovering she can travel in time.

In Decays III, Jerry Brewer worked alongside writer and director Brandon Whipple in his third feature length in the post-apocalyptic world of Decays. The first scene sets the stage for the catastrophic events that transpired years ago at the start of the apocalypse as Jerry faces the all too prevalent fate that most face of being devoured alive.
